I cannot see how it will impact on 2007 earnings.

Any investments made in the 2007 year are not affected by the new rules.

If anything, I would suggest they will have a bumper year as it is a last opportunity to take advantage of such arrangements.

With regards to the near future, I also understand that any rulings they already have will not be affected and they currently have ruling for projects for the next couple of years.
