The shipbuilding yard is actually located in Batam ( Indonesia ) just across the strait from Singas. They have wharf space and a mobilization storage yard in western roads ( Boonlay area ). shipbuilding is in a funk,true, but wharf space and land area is at a premium in Singas where land is scarce. some of the big players would look to increase acreage/capacity whilst the market is cheaper. I think they will still get a reasonable price though and definately won't sell Dampier IMO.
