I counted the following :-
1) Average Price : 11.92
2) 2 half-yearly dividends of 38 cts each, making 76 cts per year.
3) 2 franking credits (100%) correspondingly of 16.29 cts each, making 32.58 cts per year.
Hence, I counted the yield to be (0.76+0.3258)/11.92 = 9.11%. This looks quite good, if I got the calculations correct ! Did you guys get the same ?
