    I had a cross trade on this which cleared so I now own Regeneus but I'm not convinced on the deal.

    They have given a lot of upside to Asahi Glass via the 50% joint venture.

    Not sure if Edison's $498m NPV on this deal is still applicable.

    I know I'm quite negative so would be interested to hear TDA's opinion on this deal..

    $5.5m upfront is good, alleviates cash concerns for sometime.
