Ann: Market Update - Sale of Urgent Technology Business, page-4

Hi @Fire Bull. As much as I would like to claim some far reaching insight, no I didn't predict the sale falling through. I sold (too soon it turned out) after the H1 downgrade because the businesss performance didn't match the previous commentary from management in the annual report. I realised that TCN's businesses tend to swing around in profitability more than I anticipated.  I know they have had a history of this but took the bullish commentary from management to mean that the new CEO would be able to make things a little more reliable. I bought for the Urgent turnaround but hadn't banked on the other two  businesses stumbling as well.
