surprised to see this on here. i knew nothing about the merits of dextrose until i was looking for food supplements. i had no idea that it was the healthier alternative to table sugar.
fructose is linked with many diseases. not glucose. they keep that pretty quiet.
dextrose is triple the price of table sugar in Australian shops. $1.00kg vs $3.50kg
