I think this story is not investment grade as management is just a complete unknown. History shows the man behind the story is not aligned with the shareholders expectations (zero credibility unfortunately). Why on earth would anyone invest into the murky world of Chinese run companies (unfortunately they don't have a great track record anywhere) is beyond me as surely management and jurisdiction in which they operate are top #2 keys for any success.
