Just for grins because the quality of posts from the Amigos is so poor I thought I would have a go a reposting my earlier reply ... and keeping with the Mexican theme, this would be from the view of the Hombres (i.e. Mexican slang for punk).
Sincere thanks
@Wazz101 and
@Autosime for clarifying the underwritten confusion
Really
@Autosime aren't you taking and implying the most negative approach to this. Just because only the Priority Offer is underwritten that doesn't mean the Capital Raising is not underwritten. I mean I know it says that the Capital Raising is a Placement AND Priority Offer but who cares. AND or OR what difference does it make. My English is not so good, see?
Surely this raising in the eyes of the Hotcopper posters is more about the
cash flow from producing wells (no matter how small) and not simply the
total production amount and cash margin.
Everyone should be very aware of that with this capital raising raises our company even higher in the world class stakes as if you think about it they are only paying US$2M for something that was purchased for $12M back in 2012 or so (ignore Amigos and there suggestion that this is not comparable - IOG sank $$M to drill wells ... yeah they took out some of the oil .... but the wells produce for 100 years)
Surely you are smarter than that
@Autosime.
Are you now being a bit mischievous???? Clearly, the Capital Raising is underwritten (yeah I know only some of it - but who needs the whole Enchilada (there's that Mexican theme again) to be underwritten anyway) . It is a bit disingenuous to point out that it's not underwritten when in fact it is partly underwritten. And as to implying that only the Priority Offer is underwritten isn't that just you looking at the glass as half full?
And to concentrate your prime conclusion that the Capital Raising is not underwritten when only the Priority offer is underwritten, what are you
are implying?? To even suggest it is not underwritten is bordering on dishonesty.
Did I miss anything Hombre-ish?
