"a material acquisition and share placement" I would assume it's as it reads, they have purchased something and are giving them shares in place of. There is no mention of a capital raise, so why would anyone think it's a C/R unless to stir a pot. I have held AKK now for 9 yrs, I went in Long and am still here. I had to averaged down a few times but one day it will pay off, hopefully within the next 9 yrs. Any regrets,NO, if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen! And most of all, if you can't afford to lose it keep it in your wallet. Cheers
