This will only be a small capital raise, somewhere between $500k and $1.0mil and at the same price as the SPP. It will be small so as not to dilute too much and have too many shares Issued (keeping it as tight as possible). Raise just enough to put a deposit on a acquisition/deal with options. Share price doubles, triples, quadruples.... then raise later on at a higher price.
