Trying to understand a bit more and need some assistance. Both Charles and Olly each received 133,334 ordinary shares in return for their I class Special Performance Rights yesterday (Dec 2) without any payment or charge by them (i.e., free). Does anybody know what PERFORMANCE CRITERIA applied in this instance for them to receive this freebie? My documentary library is limited.
This gift clearly seems ridiculous in light of non performance and s/p decline over the last 2 years. IMO, this company has lost so much momentum and will find it hard to regain.
