@stocktraderman I really can't understand your scepticism of someone who says they averaged 20% annually over the last 5 or so years, there are plenty of examples of this. I work in the office with a fund manager whose 5 & 7 year returns are both over 27% annually (see: http://www.samuelterry.com.au/pdf-reports/2016-Oct.pdf ).

And if I may be so bold, my own record since April 2011 inception exceeds 20% before fees (see: http://www.eternalgrowthpartners.com/system/files/20160930_egp_fund_slide_deck.pdf ).

Both of the above are audited & I could easily name you another 5 investors with audited records exceeding 20% over extended periods.

With disciple and a favourable market, it's certainly not uncommon - Eternalgrowth
