Unless we are being lied to by someone Stock, this is a no brainer.
All I can put the unpopularity down to is:
1. The shops aren't flash. Nor are the customers, so who cares!
2. Modern day analysts (and investors) do not understand the nickel and dime store concept. It's old as the hills and there's a place for it and it works.
