Protein and why?

    I'm 84kgs and 6 ft - I need 120 grams of protein?

    For strength training ...

    I'm topping up protein but where does it stop, especially on rest days.

    Given up the supplements, apart from the vits, fish oil etc.

    Results are good, but it looks like bigger weights may be the go.
