What is NZ's company tax rate and how do personal tax rates compare to Australia?

Not all is beer n skittles given that opposition parties are saying health services for example are slipping.

I think a large part of NZ's economic successes is the result of their stoic people ... my perception is that they remain reasonably happy with less obvious wealth and unfunded trappings than their Australian neighbours?
