We have a spare galvo tank, so may put it uphill and use that as header tank. woiuld allow pump to be at bottom of tank with gravity assist. then i would not need to use such a heavy duty pump and could be more economical. I could even investigate a small windmill pump, to pump from main tank to header tank.
thanks ravishankaray, will aim for 40psi then with new set-up.
Currently using DAB Jinox 112 M pump. It's OK but i think I could do better.
Anyone care to recommend their pump with a user score?????

There are lots of solar pump options these days. Much cheaper although not as much fun as a windmill.
It can quietly plod away at a slow rate to keep that header tank topped up.
