We have a spare galvo tank, so may put it uphill and use that as header tank. woiuld allow pump to be at bottom of tank with gravity assist. then i would not need to use such a heavy duty pump and could be more economical. I could even investigate a small windmill pump, to pump from main tank to header tank.

Currently using DAB Jinox 112 M pump. It's OK but i think I could do better.

Anyone care to recommend their pump with a user score?????

That's a no brainier to have a header tank, makes easy work for pressure pump. If it's big enough only need to fire up some thing like a fire pump once a week to fill the header tank.
