In an effort to push through regulatory reform the MD and Chairman have been talking the company at very opportunity , especially AGMs . This creates a negative picture of the company ST. The problem is if they say they are going Ok the urgency for reform will seem less. I half expected such a speech and some ST pain Sp wise
