Swiming pools are like boats, better to have a freind with one than have them yourself.
As for a pool being an investment, Wrong. Some would be put off a property if it has a pool
Even if you wanted to buy a house with a pool you would tell the agent you didn't want the pool a put in a lower offer because it has a pool
