The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) says Golden Circle has cheated the public into believing it is Australian owned.
The Brisbane-based company has been selling products marked "proudly Australian owned" more than a year after it was bought by US food giant Heinz.
Your Vegemite is owned by Heinz.....
