Why would you buy new shares for 5 cents when you can buy old ones for 4.5 cents? Its reminiscent of the Arrium issue of 2014 at 48 cents. Some shareholders took it up even though the market price had dropped to 20 cents.
I will hold off using my entitlement until we find out whether there is any lithium at Marble Bar.
