Yes, if POC is successful the funds may be paid - although at present, the deal is worth $0 until proven otherwise just like all the other deals announced to date - I think that's the point. Each deal has an "if" attached to it, then they seem to fall apart. Would like to see one stick !

The fish does look delicious - Hopefully the Indonesians paid for dinner just in case...wouldn't be appreciated if it were on shareholder funds and nothing came of it.
