i guess someone with escrowed shares wants to exit, and instos are letting them because they know retailers will panic and allow for cheapies
I've been watching on the sidelines for a while, and jumped in
the value of the IP must be worth more than the current SP... maybe
potentially approaching capitulation / bottom prices
or it could just be a falling knife
