You cited Northern Dynasty in relation to Solgold which is not at all comparable due to this:

Observation:

Father Ted cited Northern Dynasty*s mkt capitalisation as an example for Solgold and citing $1 trillion in supposed minerals.

I thought it rather strange and decided to check the citation and found the above which is the latest situtation. It isnt a wonder then why the capitalisation is where it is or not? [Northern Dynasty]

It has received no takeover over ie Northern Dynasty and burning cash? as per article.

In the future, I will not answer unless LINKS are given as this appears to be rather mis-leading to cite Northern Dynasty.  Filing in the USA means the official announcement from the co.
