Whats going on in the minds of the Vendors? A recent survey of the industry noted 67% of repair shop owners wanted OUT.. I'd expect these shop owners could well be part of those surveyed. The industry is ageing and with little hope of a sale downwards ( staff buy outs) , selling upwards via AMA offer tired owners an option.
