This is clearly a much more complicated financial structure than anyone imagines.
It is really a philosophical question whether they need to report more information; but given that there are contractual relationships with franchisee's I thought they would be treated as either customers or related parties?
Therefore the financial entanglements should be clear to us.
Of course... there is no need to get angry. Makes people think he is either hiding something, or has created a monstrous financial structure that very few people would use.
Banning short selling wont stop people wanting to understand the financial structure of a listed organisation.
