Not totally unexpected either.
Perhaps it was just one of those famous "Frivolous Claims/Issues".
The Ex- Chairman loved to take anyone to Court which didn't agree with him and with was he was doing, let alone questioning him about it. He was even trying to get the ones posting in open forums there in the Courts too. Someone here knows all about it.
It has been my experience over the years that, when a Chairman or a CEO of a company or both, is concentrating more in taking people to Court instead of concentrating in proving his critics wrong, it is about time to leave the ship before it will sink.
It appears that my past experiences have proven me to be correct.
After all investing 101 tells us that such a thing/move is a big warning sign.
