Hey mate, if you got in before this announcement, looks like a good decision to go hard!

I will look to pick some up today, hopefully around 8c. I think downside risk is quite small long term, even if the deal doesn't go through. Urgent is still a good business and seems to be on the path to turning around. Short term there could be some pain as I'm sure the market would overreact to a sale falling through.

TCN management have been good capital allocators in the past, so I would think if they can't find an EPS accretive acquisition they will probably just return some cash to shareholders, which would be fine by me.
