I am intrigued to know, as the article purports, that IMF-Bentham left Bentham Ventures, without some restraint on the ongoing use of the Bentham name OR brand?

This could lead to all kinds of nasty implication, as evidenced by this threads Hot News association to Bentham Europe which seems to have nothing to do with IMF.ASX!

And enthusiastic ongoing disclosure discloser IMF.ASX remains mute?
