With respect, your argument about communication is based on what a newspaper says. Please refer to the AGM itself. You will find there is a difference.

Anyway, proper communication between the parties has now been established, one would hope. There will be an outcome to the investigation soon, and we will all find out exactly what happened and why. Apportioning blame in the face of this investigation is not productive.
