has anyone else noticed those little 20k buys at .13 ??? am sure I have noticed that each time it goes down slightly, slow steady accumulator by someone in the know, or just another punter like me trying to average down? but why not do it in one swoop when it was around 8 cents... a month ago, if I could find some spare $$ I might put a few more in here, will watch carefully, GLTAH ( I am in the red but not as bad a while back)
