Yes, but they will probably need huge funds to continue and that also means an huge dilution of the actual shares, that's why going under 2c is fairly easy.
When they set all the problems with the kind of ore they have in hands, that will be the moment the share price will go up... but honestly, that is even more an "if" instead of a "when". It's probable, but not certain. And that likely won't happen in the short term.
Also, who knows what will be Drake's behaviour if they catch more than 50% of the pack?
