Writen submissions from both parties were due 19th August. The courts decision is still pending how to proceed with the 2nd tranche of the trial. The surprising issue was IMO that Bayan did not challenge the decision of the 1st tranche, i.e. now they don´t have any claim against WEC. With regard to their shareholder duties I would have expected that they are going to challenge the courts 1st. decision cause they did not miss any chance in the past to retard the proceedings.
