At the risk of being captain obvious, these low ball CR's with options by a nothing shell are usually to swoon in a bunch of insiders prior to a new direction and acquisition. The minimum objective is to use the acquisition to promote a significant volume event or two at significantly higher prices to churn the register. Only a few have real legs.
