Sale of African Assets
On 29 November 2006 New World Alloys Limited (NWA) advised that it had entered into
an agreement with Weatherly International Plc (Weatherly) to dispose of its African
assets.
The agreement was subject to due diligence by Weatherly.
Weatherly have conducted preliminary due diligence in relation to the sale, and have
advised NWA that they will not be proceeding with the acquisition of NWA’s African
assets.
