    Given thats a 12 month target, with no dividends and all the risks associated with this type of industry I'm a little disappointed. I have DES on my watch list and have been circling it for the past week or so, just about convinced to jump on. but to tip an 8 cent gain over 12 months is a little off putting dont you think?
