How can the LNG Hub be 99.75% complete at 30th June 2016, when the storage tank still needs to be lined, plus site buildings still to be completed. Also not ready to become operational until early 2017 (or maybe mid 2017 - depends which part of the AR you read).
Seems the 99.75% figure wasn't strictly correct....IMHO.
