    Based on the 2.5 : 1 offer MKO should be trading at 0.4 x EAR price. EAR @ $0.25 should be MKO @ $0.10 plus $0.004 for every cent above that.

    So on current EAR price MKO should be trading at $0.102 - $0.104 and someone has just sold 1.5m MKO @$0.087, a 16% discount. What is this telling us? EAR about to be sold off?
