I wish upon a star...

...but I have no money and no means to raise it and not even sure what I spend it on is going to provide a return.

Whether the dairy farms are operating profitably or not is largely irrelevant here, struggling to buy two unrelated dairy farms where there is no synergy or scaling to leverage is a real worry. Each of the farms may well be viable in their own right with the existing teams but under a new ownership who is to say that will remain the case.

There is just so much missing here it is still as scary as it was 12 months ago.
