Not sure OPEC have many logical discussions, everyone looking to protect their own backyard.
The Aramco float could be also clouding the view of the Saudi's.
I've been doing some reading on Oil Storage Futures, interesting. The price is dropping which tells me there is less demand for storage so the market is heading back to balance. The highly promoted "glut" may be diminishing.
