TAS/EDE relative values and one bot share, page-7

I don't understand the intense interest in having either TAS or EDE "realise" the value of the shares buy selling the assets of the company. Shareholders in Boral or Bayer or BASF or BHP aren't generally clamouring to have the company liquidate themselves to distribute the money to the shareholders. It makes far more sense for the company to go on operating as a business and and generate either cash flow or capital appreciation. If EDE grows, so does TAS. The holding in EDE is an asset and gives the shares asset backing and intrinsic value.
