No idea on the numbers but my own anecdotes show boomers are pretty good with tech and enjoy using it. Netflix is a bit beyond them but something as simply as renting a movie via Foxtel is pretty straight forward for them and I'm guessing similar to what Swift provide it's customers. If you make it easy for them, they'll use it is my observations.

Still, I did a bit of reading over the weekend and since the GFC, a lot of boomers now expect to be working longer, and a large percentage believe they no longer can fund their retirement which means a large % may not be able to afford the places which have this entertainment to begin with. I guess my point is I don't believe every room out there is a room that can be counted as being a possible place to install and sell the services.

Google baby boomers and retirement - it doesn't paint a pretty picture and I think I overestimated how much wealth boomers have given my own experiences with my parents who are well off. Seems a lot more boomers are up sheet creek since the GFC and remain so.

No idea on management, I didn't get a chance to look into that yet. I've only read the investor presentation and did a bit more research on boomers and retirement (some good studies out there).

I see the potential (boomers are what, 25%+ of the aus population), so I'll keep a close eye on it but I am just wondering if it's maybe 10 years too early (not saying it is or isn't, that's just my hunch at this time).
