fourdollars,
I rang and spoke to one of the directors on the 1st of Sept when they announced they were worth 27c per share. I asked, given that TAS was so undervalued, would it not be in the shareholders best interest to sell some shares in EDE and use that money to help increase shareholder wealth. His answer was that they believed that EDE would increase in value so they would be best served to do nothing.
How convenient.
So what are they actually getting paid for and what are they actually doing each day to warrant their salaries..
If you look at their activities report dated 29th of April you will find that there was no work done at the Corrie Dam prospect, and there was no work done at Lake Torrens because of insufficient funds.
They could sell a few million shares and would have moneys to be spent on these projects. But they seem more interested on riding on the coat tails of EDE to enhance their market cap.
Some might suggest it's become a lifestyle company. One would love to be a fly on the wall and observe what it is that they actually do all day a part from reading EDE announcements..
