Yep I think rationalisation still happening with producers closing down and reducing output.. It was only 2012 when downturn started and usually takes 7 years.. But this one is different and more significant impact.
Still - if you can find the juniors who have real projects can pick up bargains... I started buying IKW on the downturn owes me a lot I'll admit but companies like this will make u more if you get your timing right...
Especially ones that can be cash producing inside a few months!!
