dont agree with Richard , Amazon will have some impact in higher income areas where convenience outweighs cost and they will have to be very careful with refrigeration all the majors have problems in this area in their distribution line and it shows in the cold damaged produce like capsicum for eg that is easily damaged by refrigeration {to cold} that is the real battle managing refrigeration across the distribution line
please note this is only my opinion based on my observations
