Upon reflection I think I feel better about the fact the seller was a single disgruntled former employee - albeit the MD - rather than multiple directors and institutions. There is strength in numbers - the remainder of the register is standing strong and hopefully still believe in the end game. But agree Goodwin doing that was a dog act and hopefully he'll have further questions to answer to ASIC assuming they feel like doing their job.
