Once AusCann has obtained shareholder approval for the expansion of shares, converted the convertible notes into AusCann shares, and the TWH Notice of Meeting has been issued to the TWH shareholders, we can provide a definitive timeline going forward. At this stage we are looking at completion and re- listing around November 2016.
