Slipform continues to give these guarantees as long as new projects are not commericalised. Slipform has done so in the past few years and will continue to do so. Remember, SE is not in the habit of 'shooting himself in the foot'. There is absolutely no threat of shareholders from this situation and all the 'big players' know that.
The issue of the resignation of this director is rather good news. As mentioned earlier, he represented SCPE which was unwilling to contribute a further $25mllion convertible note at 50 cents. Perhaps (and this is my speculation), SCPE has now come to realise that the lng hub will be finished and commerciaised as sufficient funds have been made available and that further bostruction via their nominated board member is serving no purpose any more.
