Another win, this time in a small city in the far north-west, in Washington state? This would not normally excite anybody, but the success in SeaTac is actually a major milestone.

SeaTac makes 100 cities in the US which have now contracted with Redflex. 13 new cities in 15 weeks this FY means that they are sprinting away from the competition.

Maybe this sort of performance is a factor in the recent price movement.

Another possible factor is that Nestor, currently Number Three in the US, looks like being delisted from Nasdaq Global on 15 November, and is financially very shaky. Could be some further industry rationalization in the US in the near future, which can only help Redflex margins.
