Low volume!!
That's how it used to be before BlueCrest crashed out.
BC had 24m shares or so for years until it decided to sell, firstly drip-feeding and sufficiently enough so as to prevent any SP increase that may have otherwise been there had it not been for the obvious selling. Buyers then dropped off and the result was the SP getting lower until the BIG and sudden exit.
Who bought those shares? Imo whoever it was has made very good money by adroitly playing the market. The promo on HC probably played in to their hands too imo.
Anyway, the games may now be over.
Has normality resumed?
